Under NGK Insulators, Ltd. are Energy and Industry Business, Environment Business, and Digital Society Business. In addition, under the Industrial Process Division are the Administrative Department, Sales Department, Engineering Department, Technical Department, and NGK Chemitech.

Under the President are the Board of Directors, Administrative Department, Purchasing Department, Sales Department, Construction Services Department, Manufacturing Engineering Department, and Quality Assurance Department. Under the Administrative Department is the Tokorozawa Administrative Section, with the Purchasing Section under the Purchasing Department, and the Tokyo Sales Office, Nagoya Sales Office, Osaka Sales Office, Tokuyama Branch Office, and Overseas Group under the Sales Department. Under the Construction Services Department are the East Japan Group, West Japan Group, and Plant Group. Under the Manufacturing Engineering Department are the Development Department, Engineering Department, and Production Department, with the Development Section under the Development Department; the GL Design Section, PV Design Section, and Quantity Surveying Section under the Engineering Department; and the Production Control Section, Plate Work Manufacturing Section, Firing Section, and Assembly Section under the Manufacturing Department. Under the Quality Assurance Department are the GL Quality Assurance Section and the PV Quality Assurance Section.
