RAKURAKU Sampling baffle

The demand for improved productivity and quality through DX implementation continues to grow, along with the need for automated sampling.
We propose a sampling baffle that supports both automation and closed-system operation.
- RAKURAKU Sampling baffle enables simple, clean, and safe sampling.

- The wetted parts are made of glass lining, PTFE, and Kalrez O-rings.
- Equipped with a control panel for sampling and cleaning, with thermosensor.
- Allows effective use of existing nozzles by replacing conventional baffles.

Sampling Procedure

RAKURAKU manhole

Fewer clamps and the absence of O-ring grooves makes cleaning easy.
No troublesome gasket adjustment is required. Existing vessel's manhole can be replaced with RAKURAKU manhole.

Safety valve

This safety valve is suitable for even highly corrosive environments.
By using glass lining and PTFE for the wetted and gas-contacting parts, this valve can be used even in highly corrosive environments.
Additionally, its sealed structure prevents gas from entering the actuator chamber during discharge, allowing the full volume of hazardous or toxic gas to be directed to the treatment system.
