Multi-GL

To meet increasingly diverse needs, we have developed "Multi-GL," a composite glass lining created by combining our high-performance GL materials.
We offer a lineup of products that combine two or more of these high-performance features, such as the four types listed below, to suit a wide range of customer requirements.

Comparison between standard GL and NEO-GL

When heating: Comparison for inner chamber water temperature 50℃ to 80℃, steam in outer chamber. Standard GL 20 minutes, NEO-GL 15 minutes (25% reduction). When cooling: Comparison for inner chamber water temperature 80℃ to 50℃, tap water in outer chamber. Standard GL 24 minutes, NEO-GL 18 minutes (25% reduction).

  • Utilizes volumetric conductivity
    Non-spark GL has platinum fibers uniformly dispersed in the glass lining layer in three dimensions, so static electricity is transmitted volumetrically through the glass lining layer and flows to the base metal. Since all the layers are conductive, even corrosion or wear on the glass lining surface will not cause a drop in conductive performance.
  • Excellent antistatic performance
    Non-spark GL has proved excellent antistatic performance based on Corona charge test evaluations.

World's First Low Sodium Leaching Glass for Electronic Materials

The manufacturing of electronic materials requires increasingly stringent control of metal ions to meet the ever-advancing need for the miniaturization of semiconductor circuits.
We have improved our sodium-free glass lining further to achieve even higher purity.
