Conical Dryer (Standard)

The main unit has a double-cone structure. The inner surface of the internal vessel is glass-lined, making it suitable for drying and uniformly mixing corrosive materials, with minimal product adhesion.
The outer shell is heated using either hot water or steam, while vapor generated inside the internal vessel is efficiently discharged via a vacuum pump, ejector or similar device, ensuring effective drying.
A rotary joint is used at the shaft seal for the heat-transfer medium of the outer shell.

Triple Shell type heat exchanger

A triple-shell construction consisting of the main body (which includes the outer shell), an inner shell and an inner jacket. Heating or cooling can be applied from both the outer shell and the space between the inner shell and inner jacket, enabling highly efficient heat exchange.

Designed for the separation of highly corrosive liquids and solids, this filter provides excellent corrosion resistance.

Product Features

This equipment is used to separate highly corrosive liquids and solids from introduced slurry into the vessel and filtering it under pressure or vacuum.
The standard perforated plate is made of PTFE. With a construction that combines glass lining and PTFE, the system ensures contamination-free operation.
